South Shore New Home Basement – Wellness & Entertainment Space

This 2,000+ square foot basement in a new home on the South Shore was designed as a multifunctional living environment combining work, wellness, and entertainment.

The layout includes a private office, a bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and a powder room, organized within a cohesive open-concept plan. The main area features a large seating zone with a wall-to-wall custom library, a reading space in front of a wine cellar, and an entertainment area with a pool table and gas fireplace.

A dedicated gym is integrated into the open space, reinforcing the wellness-focused layout of the basement. Finishes include dark oak flooring, white walls, integrated LED lighting, and a charcoal accent wall behind the TV for contrast and depth.

The result is a balanced lower-level space designed as both a private retreat and a shared family environment within a new construction home.
