La Prairie Kitchen Renovation

This kitchen renovation project in La Prairie on the South Shore was designed to create a brighter and more open living environment while maximizing functionality and natural light.

The kitchen features solid white cabinetry framed by a three-inch walnut surround extending from wall to ceiling, creating a strong architectural presence throughout the space. The backsplash is finished with a stainless steel arabesque motif, adding texture and contrast to the overall design.

A walnut-finish island with seating for four is paired with a 1 1/4-inch quartz countertop, integrated sink, and matching faucet. The space is completed with 24 x 24 porcelain ceramic flooring and three glass pear-shaped pendant lights positioned above the island.

Oversized sliding patio doors were installed along the exterior wall to open the kitchen toward the outdoor area, bringing abundant natural light into the home and enhancing the sense of space throughout the main living area.
